Aimee Prainito- CEO/Co-Founder Aimee is an Occupational Therapist, treating special needs children from birth in their home, daycare, or private school. Aimee graduated from Touro College in NY in 1991 with both a Bachelor of Science degree and a Masters of Arts degree in Occupational Therapy, as well as a Bachelor of Science Degree from SUNY Stony Brook in Psychology, indicating over 25 years of pediatric experience. She is registered and licensed in the state of GA, after working in New York and Arizona. Aimee has extensive knowledge of Normal Childhood Development, Home Care, Early Intervention (both professionally and personally), School based therapy including the IEP process, NDT, Feeding and Oral Motor concerns, Sensory Integration Dysfunction, Executive Function Disorder, Infant Massage, Hand Writing without tears Program, and Hand Therapy. She has experience in treating the most profound severe child to the highest functioning child that includes but is not limited to Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida, Mitochondrial Disorder, Traumatic Brain Injury, Seizures, Feeding Disorders, Hand injuries, Behavior Disorders and many more. Aimee taught pediatric courses, has given presentation and supervised OT students. She was on the Countywide Evaluation Team in NY. She continues to take postgraduate courses to increase her knowledge, and to broaden her therapy skills
